SMS Consent for LeadStackHQ

LeadStackHQ supports service businesses that follow up with people who request contact, quotes, scheduling, or service information. This page explains how SMS consent is collected, what messages may be sent, and how consumers can get help or opt out.

How consumers opt in

Consumers opt in by submitting a website form and providing their phone number when requesting contact, a quote, scheduling, or service follow-up. SMS is used only in connection with that request and the related service conversation.

The public proof-of-consent form is available at /contact. The main request can be completed without SMS consent, and the SMS checkbox is separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

Consent language

By submitting a form, the consumer agrees to receive text messages from LeadStackHQ or the business responding to their request regarding their inquiry, appointment, or service follow-up. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Types of messages

  • Confirmation that a request was received
  • Follow-up about an inquiry
  • Scheduling or appointment coordination
  • Service-related responses and updates
